This is the proposal for a new Dance studio in Los Angels Californian on Sunset Blvd and Cahuenga Blvd. The main program consist of Two large dance Studios and a Mid and Small Size theaters. Along Side a few small class rooms and lounge areas and cafeteria. The facade is a cubique grid that appears to follow a playful wave that foreshadows the musical driven activities that take part indoors.
